In 2016 Maxwell Construction acquired a local pavement marking company Protrac Atlantic Contractors, a business which had been serving the Cape Breton area for over 20 years. In that time Protrac contractors designed and maintained many parking lots for multiple business and commercial buildings, such as local hospitals, ferry terminals and malls. Since acquiring Protrac, Maxwell construction has invested in new up to date equipment capable of painting in any temperature and calculating parking lot requirements from onboard measuring equipment. Allowing Maxwell construction and Protrac Atlantic to be quick and efficient with competitive pricing.
